A Decade of Expertise in the Financial World
My professional odyssey began 12 years ago, immersing myself in the intricate world of finance and auditing. Paris, the city of lights, became my initial professional playground.
🔵 At TRANSLINK, I embraced the role of a financial analyst, navigating complex financial landscapes and providing strategic insights.
🔵 My analytical prowess further flourished at GROUPE FIDORG, where I delved deep into financial statements as an external auditor, uncovering hidden truths.
🔵 The pursuit of excellence then led me to the National Central Bank of France, where I served as an on-site banking supervisor, ensuring the stability and compliance of financial institutions.
🔵 Finally, I took on the role of an internal auditor with the European Central Bank, where I honed my analytical skills and developed a meticulous eye for detail.
My work took me across the globe, from the bustling streets of Singapore and the technological marvels of South Korea and Japan to the financial hubs of Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Switzerland, the UK, France, and Germany. Each mission added a new layer to my understanding of global finance and auditing.

Four years ago, a new chapter began as I founded My Design Tomorrow, a company dedicated to empowering women to become the leaders they were born to be.
As the CEO, I have nurtured this vision, creating programs and initiatives that inspire and equip women with the skills and confidence needed to excel in leadership roles.
Academic Achievements and Certifications
🔵 My academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University Babes Bolyai in Romania. This foundation was further strengthened with a Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Markets from the University UNICAEN in France.
🔵 I hold a Banking Accountant Certification from AFGES in France and am a Certified Financial Analyst (Level 1) with the CFA Institute.
🔵 My commitment to continuous learning led me to the Blair Singer Training Academy in the USA, where I became a Certified Trainer and Facilitator. I further refined my facilitation skills with the Success Resources and Blair Singer Master Facilitator Training.
🔵 My coaching journey includes the Robbins-Madanes Life Coach Training and courses in the science of well-being from Yale and Coursera, life enhancement from the Coaching and Leadership Center in the USA and conflict management for leaders from Catolica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
The journey continues ...
My journey is far from over. Each experience, each role and each achievement has been a stepping stone towards a larger purpose: to empower women to lead with confidence and authenticity.
