Terms and Conditions
Authority Program GUEST and HOST
This agreement is established between (i) My Design Tomorrow SRL, a limited company incorporated and existing under the laws of Romania registered under the unique number 42130820 and the order number to the Trade Register J26/54/20.01.2020, having its principal place of business at Strada Zorilor, Nr. 37, 545600 Tarnaveni, judetul Mures, Romania and (ii) yourself as the other party entering into this agreement ("You").
The signature of this agreement confirms your acceptance of the following terms and conditions for access to one individual membership and use of the Authority Program Guest or Host (hereinafter “Guest Program” and “Host Program”):
Onboarding payment conditions:
For the Guest Program: Make one monthly payment of €198. The payment for the Guest Program entitles you to access for one month to the benefits included in the landing page: https://www.mydesigntomorrow.com/celebrity. You are entitled to unsubscribe from the Guest Program at any point in time, in which case the following monthly payment will no longer be paid.
For the Host program: Make one yearly payment of €5,997. The payment for the Host Program entitles you to access for one year the benefits and resources included in the landing page: https://www.mydesigntomorrow.com/celebrity.
Refunds:
For Guest Program: If you are not completely satisfied, let us know within 30 days of this agreement, by sending an email to [email protected], that includes your full name and we will refund your payment towards this Program. This refund policy only applies to your first payment and only if you decide not to pay the second month of the Program. By joining the Program on the second month, it is implied that you are fully satisfied with this Program.
For Host Program: If you are not completely satisfied, let us know within 30 days of this agreement, by sending an email to [email protected], that includes your full name and we will refund your payment towards this Program.
Account Interruptions: Access to the Program’s benefits will be suspended if your payment becomes 30 days past due. All overdue charges must be paid up to date to reinstate access. Your access for the Guest Program is 1 month and for the Host Program is 1 year starting from the date of the payment. You are liable for the payments in order to keep your Program active and in good standing.
Liability: Your business is your own and your decisions to go forward with any activity we may recommend, use any materials we may provide, or participate in any of the events organized by My Design Tomorrow SRL, will be yours alone and you are responsible for your choices. We provide no guarantee or warranty of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this Program, our personnel or the results or consequences of going forward with any activity we may recommend or perform as part of the Programs. You are responsible for joining our events, interviews, shows, documentary and you agree with the distribution of the content you made available to us on all the online platforms owns by My Design Tomorrow SRL. You agree to release and hold My Design Tomorrow SRL, its shareholders, administrators, coaches, trainers and other personnel, harmless for any liability arising from your participation in the Program including any consequential, exemplary, punitive, special or indirect damages, including loss of profits, and in no event shall our liability to you ever exceed the total amount you have paid us for the Program during the subscription period immediately preceding any claim. For any claims or disputes you can access the following links for European Online Dispute Resolution (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home2.show) and ANPC (https://anpc.ro/). The jurisdiction that is applicable to these terms of use is that of Romania, unless something else is required by binding law.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time and at our sole discretion, including but not limited to for failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions. As a participant in the Program, you agree to not misappropriate the contents, logo and other visual media we have created, as this is our property and it is protected by copyright laws. Furthermore, you agree to comply with all State, Federal, and International Laws with respect to your participation in the Program.
